1. 4STAGE Filter System

4STAGE Filter System is composed of total 4 steps of filtering devices, and makes filtering of foreign substances contained in the waste water in the order of specific gravity.
It is a key part to prevent the contamination of heat exchanger fundamentally and to keep the equipment performance by filtering fine foreign substances with special particle filtering agent which are filled in the 3rdstage filtering device.
And also, it supports automatic cleaning function which removes the need for maintenance and repair of the filter. |
2. High Efficiency Heat Exchanger

The high efficiency heat exchanger of ENSAVER is Shell & Tube type.
By fundamentally blocking foreign substances in the waste water with 4STAGE Filter, *heat transmission area, the incorrigible trouble of Shell & Tube type heat exchanger, is innovatively improved.
We have realized a high efficiency heat exchanger in a 50% of size and with a 3 times higher performance in comparison with competitors.

3. Total Automatic Control System

Total automatic control system (T.A.C.S), which is a brain of ENSAVER, controls whole operational conditions and records all data and status.
As existing waste water heat recovery systems are maintained and controlled manually, it has been difficult to maintain constant performance. But the maintenance and control of ENSAVER is conducted by T.A.C.S, which helps maintain the best performance constantly.
And with remote control function, all the ENSAVERs in operation in the world are controlled, and the troubles of them may be fixed, in the 24 hour integrated control center of SNS ENERGY. |
